Beyond Bridges

Walsh/Granite JV is committed to investing in the communities where we work and live. Through the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project, we’re building a better future for Pennsylvania communities by replacing bridges designed to last 100 years -- but we want to work “Beyond Bridges.” While operating in various communities, we’ve identified local charitable causes that we plan to support. Each month, Walsh/Granite JV will feature a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization on our project website. This will give team members the opportunity to get involved by donating their time, talent, or resources. Of course, non-project team members are welcome and encouraged to join the effort as well.

Blood Drive (7660 Imperial Highway, Allentown, PA.) | Feb 2018
Established in 1971, Miller-Keystone Blood Center is an independent, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) community organization that serves as the only blood provider to 22 hospitals in Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Dauphin, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill (PA), and Hunterdon and Warren (NJ) counties; only blood donated through MKBC is transfused at these facilities.

Clergy Brotherhood Lunch Program | March 2018
Clergy Brotherhood Lunch Program is an initiative put on by Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church where 120 lunches are made each week of the year and delivered to Focus Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh’s Hill District.

Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners believes in engaging local community and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) resources to benefit our projects and the communities in which we do business.
