Traffic switch planned for the Route 15 bridge project, spanning Black Hole Creek in Clinton Township, Lycoming County, is scheduled for July 19th.
Construction crews will be preparing for a traffic switch on Route 15 with barrier realignment and line painting. Traffic will encounter a single lane flagging operation throughout the day. Major delays are expected. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during this time and be alert for changing traffic patterns.
In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change.
This bridge is referred to as JV-106 and is one out of 558 bridges being replaced under the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. JV references the joint-venture partnership between Walsh/Granite, which is leading construction for the entire project.
