Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners (PWKP) invites the public to a pre-construction public meeting to view plans for two McKean County bridges that are scheduled to be replaced as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.

The bridges to be replaced, as well as meeting specifics, are:

Bridges:
State Route 770 (W. Warren Road) over Sheppard Run in Bradford Township (JV-68 and JV-69). 

Meeting Location: Bradford Township Volunteer Fire Department, 8 W. Warren Road, Bradford, PA 16701

Meeting Date: Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 3 to 5 P.M.  

Project representatives from Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners, the contractor for the P3 bridge program, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be available to discuss the projects with the public, public officials, and emergency service providers. Project construction plans, will be displayed for reference. 

This meeting has been scheduled to address concerns received from the public and public officials in response to recently placed traffic signage at the project sites for advance notice of the impending construction. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and comment on any aspects of the projects.
