The Rapid Bridge Replacement Project continues in Lawrence County with the start of reconstruction on a bridge beginning in July.

The Frew Mill Road crossing over Big Run in Slippery Rock (JV-475) is scheduled to close July 5. Traffic will be detoured using SR 388 to SR 422 to SR 2013 (Mount Herman Church Road). Construction of the bridge is expected to be completed by mid-September. The bridge was built in 1940 and averages 860 vehicles a day.
