Construction for the Stewartsville Hollow Road (Route 2022) bridge, spanning an unnamed tributary to Long Run in White Oak Borough, Allegheny County, has been postponed.  It was previously scheduled to begin during the week of September 17.

Construction is expected to begin during the week of October 1 and be complete in early November. During construction, drivers will be directed to follow a detour along Lincoln Way (Route 2031), Route 48 (Jacks Run Road), Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) and Colonial Manor Road (Route 3024).

In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change.

This bridge is referred to as JV-428 and is one out of the 558 bridges being replaced under the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. JV references the joint-venture partnership between Walsh/Granite, which is leading construction for the entire project.
