A drone captured an aerial photo of crews pouring concrete on the Route 4035 bridge over Caitlin Hollow Creek in Charleston Township, Tioga County. Construction is expected to be complete in late September.
This bridge is referred to as JV-134 out of the 558 bridges being replaced under the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. JV references the joint-venture partnership between Walsh/Granite, which is leading construction for the entire project.
